Before working in real estate, Joseph Benavidez spent 15 years as a professional mixed martial artist, competing with the world’s best in the UFC organization. Beloved across the UFC and all of mixed martial arts, Joseph officially retired from competing in 2021.

Throughout his tenure as an athlete, Joseph developed his passion for real estate by successfully investing in properties across the nation. Truly understanding the needs of his clients is a point of pride for Benavidez. His goal is to help past, present and future athletes, entertainers and families to find their dream home while also making the most of their investment opportunities.

Joseph is a proud Las Vegas resident. In his spare time he loves exploring the city’s food scene, playing pickleball and watching movies with his wife Megan Olivi and dog Benny at their home in Summerlin.
